In this one day class, you will be facilitated by Sara, a highly sought after Kinesiologist, Energy Coach and  Master Healer. With her extensive knowledge and witty sense of humour, she will guide you through the whole process with total ease.

With no prerequisites, this class is open to anyone who would like to have hands-on energy skills to help loved ones, clients, family and friends. If you are already working with clients, this is an ideal complementary technique you can add to your current toolkit!

Access the Bars ®  is an amazing modality from Access Consciousness ®. This technique involves gently touching 32 different points on your head. These points (aka bars) contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. The constant processing of information can leave the mind dull and congested, leaving you feeling frustrated, unmotivated, tired and possibly stuck in your head.

You will receive a full manual plus charts for all the points PLUS you get to receive the Bars twice during the day. On completion you will be certified as an Access the Bars ® practitioner.
